Promotional Period
The Special Offer Sale promotion will begin at 12:00 AM AEST on May 13th, 2025.
Eligibility
This promotion is available to all Australian residents with a valid shipping address in continental Australia. who are 18 years or older as of May 13th, 2025 (here in after referred to as "Participants").
1. Coupon Terms

2. Pre-sale Products
The X12 RO systems are available for pre-sale. Orders placed now will receive a discount, with products expected to be in stock by end of June. Shipments will be made sequentially based on the order placement time.
3. Price Match Policy
At Waterdrop, we highly value our customers' shopping experience. That's why we offer a 30-day price match guarantee. If you happen to notice a price reduction on the item you purchased at Waterdrop within 30 days of your purchase, you are eligible to claim a price-match refund. To request a refund, please contact us at email. We are here to assist you promptly.
4. Refund policy
-You are eligible to return any item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
-All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received.
-The 30-day risk-free return policy applies to all item(s).
-No restocking fee will be charged, but customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will cover the return postage expenses in the case of any return requests related to a quality issue.
