The package will be shipped from one of our AU warehouses closest to your location.

The products can be delivered to the majority of territories within the Australian continent, excluding its surrounding islands.

International shipping

We are sorry that the international shipping service is not supported for the time being.

Shipping Carriers

We work with 2 carriers to make sure your order will arrive on time: eParcel, Fastway. Note: We don't accept requests to specify a certain carrier to deliver the package.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email service@waterdropfilter.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Sales Tax

The sales tax will be collected in accordance with Australian tax laws. Customers with delivery addresses within Australia will be charged a standard rate of 10% GST at checkout. All taxes collected will be reported and filed to the ATO on time.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it without additional charges.

If your order has already shipped, your request will be handled under the applicable return, refund and consumer guarantee rules set out in this policy.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We offer a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return policy for products purchased from waterdropfilter.com.au.

If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, we may accept a return provided that:

• The item is returned complete, with all accessories and components
• The item is in clean condition and not damaged
• The item is returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible
• Proof of purchase is provided

For approved change-of-mind returns:

Return Shipping and Return Costs

If you are returning a product under our voluntary change-of-mind return policy, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If a returned product is confirmed to have a problem that entitles you to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, we will reimburse reasonable return costs already paid by you, or provide an appropriate return solution. (ACCC)

Exchanges

For change-of-mind requests, we do not guarantee exchanges. Where we agree to an exchange for a non-faulty item, you may be required to pay return shipping, re-shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fee.

Refunds
